Kate McGuire is a painter living and working in Washington, DC. She incorporates visual art as an extension of her spiritual practice, exploring nature, meditation and sacred community.

Kate's recent work includes abstract and representational landscape paintings, influenced by the vast hills and skies of her native Finger Lakes, New York.
Kate McGuire works primarily in watercolor and acrylic. Find her in her studio in the Takoma neighborhood.
